Outcome

Execute the staged stepnas migration when its prerequisites and maintenance window are approved.

Current state

The repository contains a complete migration plan with preflight, cutover, validation, follow-up, and rollback checklists.

Work

Review and approve the current plan.
Confirm hardware, backups, console access, and maintenance window.
Execute preflight and staged cutover.
Complete validation and restore checks.
Complete follow-up monitoring and documentation tasks.

Validation

All plan acceptance checks pass.
PBS verify and one restore drill succeed.
NFS clients, FreeIPA backup, and monitoring are healthy.
Rollback remains possible until final acceptance.
