Outcome

Mark the Bucharest move plan with a clear status and remove active-looking instructions that no longer match the homelab.

Current state

The plan still contains Cloudflare, the old WireWarp subnet, and a secondary Pi-hole task.

Work

Separate completed history from future work.
Replace active DNS and tunnel facts with current values.
Remove the retired secondary Pi-hole task.
Add a clear status banner.
Preserve useful move-specific recovery information.

Validation

Active instructions match current Knot DNS and WireWarp architecture.
Historical facts are clearly marked as history.
No active step points to Cloudflare automation.
