Outcome

Define and document how often held Docker packages are reviewed and upgraded.

Current state

Docker packages are held to prevent unattended daemon restarts. The manual review cadence is not defined.

Work

Inventory held Docker packages and hosts.
Choose a review interval.
Define a staged upgrade and rollback procedure.
Decide whether Forgejo should open a reminder issue or report.

Validation

The cadence and procedure are documented.
One staged upgrade proves the process without broad outage.
