Outcome

Approve a complete Home Assistant placement, network-access, storage, backup, and monitoring design.

Current state

Home Assistant is planned but has no approved deployment design. LXC 201 may not have the device-network access it needs.

Work

Inventory required device protocols and network paths.
Choose shared LXC 201 or a dedicated host.
Define persistent storage, backup, ingress, and monitoring.
Record the deployment and rollback design before implementation.

Validation

The design names the host, network access, storage, backup, monitoring, and rollback path.
The design does not grant broad device-network access without a reason.
